iOS9的URL Scheme 需要設(shè)置白名單，否則無法打開朋沮，步驟如下：
首先更新第三方庫的sdk
1.找到項目的info.plist文件 右擊 選擇 open as source code
2.添加如下配置：（針對qq,微信,微博，其他的URL Scheme 需要自己去找）
