Philip Hammond作為Theresa May的內(nèi)閣中少數(shù)留下來的幾位成員之一府树,在十一月22日發(fā)表了一份關(guān)于預(yù)算的演講。這份演講著重講了讓英國倒退的產(chǎn)能問題搀别。今年的英國的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長預(yù)期被大幅削減纱皆。赤字仍在增長募壕。雖然很多大臣的方針被認(rèn)為指向了正確的方向南蓬,但目前的政府被認(rèn)為太弱小以至于無法實現(xiàn)其當(dāng)初的雄心壯志纺非。
As one of the few remaining members in Theresa May's cabinet, Philip Hammond presented a budget related speech on Nov.22nd. It mainly focused on the productivity problem which holds Britain back. The economic growth forecast is harply worse. The deficit still yawns. Although many policies of the chancellor are in the right direction, the current government is too weak to live up to its ambition.
