旅行回來遭遇了一次滑鐵盧。由于旅途中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接不暢一次早上末能成功打卡,回來之后晚上遨夜到零晨一點,第二天起來打卡時榛鼎,發(fā)現(xiàn)踐行天數(shù)歸零(雖然積分還在)。仿佛覺得踐行又得從新開始鳖孤。有些許沮喪了借帘!
晚睡,那怕是一天淌铐,就最直接影響到第二肺然,第三天的狀態(tài)。周三下班回家腿准,出奇的困泛际起,就一覺睡到9點半拾碌,起來稍做休整,又一覺睡到第二天早上街望,才覺得體能恢復(fù)正常校翔。
然而,周四上班一直到6點多鐘灾前,并且中間持續(xù)工作防症,沒有用番茄工作法中的休息時間去休息,晚上的整個狀態(tài)都不太好哎甲。
所以周五決定釆用較為輕松的工作法缔杉。首先早上在家上班碳却,環(huán)境比較寬松票罐,中歺比較合口庆聘。下午去參加一個Seminar, 接觸新的人和環(huán)境,和新信息吞加。再然后去一個姊妹家小聚討論《圣經(jīng)》裙犹。回到家大約9點衔憨。
周五晚上睡覺出奇的好叶圃。11點睡5點醒了就起了。然后開始了一個異常繁忙持續(xù)時間較長的周六践图。5-6 yoga, laundry; 6:15-7:30 班會掺冠,7:30-8:30空中大教堂,準(zhǔn)備出行平项。9:17起車,10:50 到達(dá)湖邊公園悍及,11:17 kayaking闽瓢,12:30 沙灘,lunch, 1:00 swimming, rest, sun bath, shower, 3:00 leave the park, 3:20 strawberry picking, 3:50 leave, 4:00 arrive Paris, site view, shopping, 4:30 leave, visit a client site, 5:40 arrived a friend home in Oakville , 6:00 leave for breakfast , 7:30 at a lakeshore park, 8:15 leave, 8:35 stop at a nice cream store, 9:00 back to friend house;9:20 leave for home, 10:10 arrived home, 10:25 soak foot, 10:45 wechat mom, 11:00 bed very very exhausted.
Then, of course on Sunday morning, 6:00 awake, however was sick!! I had to rest on bed more this morning to got up at 9:30am. Not feeling good, however it is Sunday, God’s day. After some adjustment, I was eventually able to make to church in the afternoon, hung out, played table tennis, and had dinner with church brothers and sisters.
I even found a swimming trainer at dinner. Then I decided to give a try心赶, as I really like to lean free stroke style swimming. Now I am so looking forward to it. Probably, I can use this as an example to practice action triangle.

除了上面常規(guī)的動作之外座享。要把讀經(jīng)禱告放在每天日程當(dāng)中。開始學(xué)習(xí)使用軟件來構(gòu)筑夢想版似忧,和行動三角渣叛。希望下周在各方面能有些進(jìn)歩!整個精神和身體狀況比上周要平穩(wěn)健康些盯捌!
哦淳衙,忘記了。雖然今天覺得生病了饺著,但我竟然做了一個3分鐘的平板撐箫攀!二個多月前只能做30秒。這是一個堅持了近二個月幾乎每天早上練瑜伽做平板的成績瓶籽。好的習(xí)慣匠童,每天堅持做一點點,不多的時日塑顺,就會有效果了汤求。太好了。
