今年是中國(guó)實(shí)施“十三五”規(guī)劃開局之年忽媒，我們積極適應(yīng)和引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)，堅(jiān)持全面深化改革搀罢，堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展蝗岖，加快經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行在合理區(qū)間榔至。前三季度抵赢，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增速為6.7%，最終消費(fèi)支出對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值增長(zhǎng)貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)到71%唧取，第三產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值占國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值比重上升至52.8%铅鲤，單位國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值能耗同比下降5.2%，新增城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)1067萬人兵怯，城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距繼續(xù)縮小彩匕。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量和效益不斷提升腔剂，新動(dòng)力正在強(qiáng)化媒区，新業(yè)態(tài)不斷出現(xiàn)，很多地區(qū)很多產(chǎn)業(yè)都在發(fā)生可喜變革掸犬，有利因素進(jìn)一步累積袜漩。
This year is the beginning year of its 13th Five-Year Plan. We have been actively steering the new normal of economic development to which we've always adapted by carrying out reform across the board, pursuing innovation-driven development and accelerateing the shift of growth model and economic structural adjustment. All these efforts keep the operation of China’s economy within a proper range. In the first three quarters this year, China’s GDP grew by 6.7%. Final consumption expenditure contributed to 71% of GDP growth. The added value created by services climbed up to 52.8% of GDP. The energy consumption per unit of GDP dropped by 5.2% year on year. A total of 10.67 million urban jobs were created, and the income gap between urban and rural income continued to narrow. The performance of China’s economy has steadily improved; new driving forces are being enforced; new businesses are emerging; and many regions and sectors are going through encouraging transformation. All this shows that enabling factors are futher accelerated?growing in strength.
