早晨起來都是流水聲已經(jīng)知道是一個美的地方魄眉，如果剔除環(huán)境污染因素，一切perfect闷袒，找到canteen坑律，開放式空間開始瑜伽，地上都是dust霜运，也無所謂脾歇，一會幾個湯友相繼出現(xiàn)，喜歡這種精神淘捡；我的輪式站立體式Y(jié)oga by river with help Stephanie藕各，她還照了幾張很美的輪式；我迫不及待收拾好行李焦除，趕著陽光開chai激况，大家都很開心，jill咳嗽很厲害膘魄，她不習(xí)慣這里污染乌逐，我經(jīng)歷過很嚴(yán)重的污染長大，但印度空氣確實(shí)差得多创葡，早餐我開玩笑浙踢，因?yàn)閦urich Alex也在一起：Ch and India dirty@time so opposite瑞士和印度就時間觀念截然相反，而且一個極其潔凈灿渴，一個盡其臟亂洛波，都是我喜歡去的地方，不可能更迥異啦骚露。

The Yoga Sutra of Patanjali: A Biography by David Gordon White他推薦書棘幸，另外一個紐約DJ Nat在讀另一本我也很感興趣：FOUR CHAPTERS ON FREEDOM: Commentary on Yoga Sutras of Patanjali by? Swami Satyananda Saraswati
Pata?jali無疑是一個天才焰扳，具備各方面才能，以下是他主要著作：
his Yoga Sutras into four chapters or books (Sanskrit pada), containing in all 196 aphorisms, divided as follows:
Samadhi Pada(51 sutras). Samadhi refers to a state of direct and reliable perception (pramā?a) where the yogi's self-identity is absorbed into the object meditated upon, collapsing the categories of witness, witnessing, and witnessed. Samadhi is the main technique the yogin learns by which to dive into the depths of the mind to achieve Kaivalya. The author describes yoga and then the nature and the means to attaining samādhi. This chapter contains the famous definitional verse: "Yoga? citta-vritti-nirodha?" ("Yoga is the restraint of mental modifications").
Sadhana Pada(55 sutras). Sadhana is the Sanskrit word for "practice" or "discipline". Here the author outlines two forms of Yoga: Kriyā Yoga and AshtangaYoga (Eightfold or Eightlimbed Yoga).
Kriyā Yoga in the Yoga Sūtras is the practice of three of the Niyamas of A??ā?ga Yoga: tapas, svādhyaya, and i?vara pra?idhana – austerity, self-study, and devotion to god.
A??ā?ga Yoga is the yoga of eight limbs: Yama, Niyama, āsana, Prā?āyāma, Pratyahara, Dhāra?a, Dhyāna, and Samādhi.
Vibhuti Pada(56 sutras).Vibhuti is the Sanskrit word for "power" or "manifestation". 'Supra-normal powers' (Sanskrit: siddhi) are acquired by the practice of yoga. Combined simultaneous practice of Dhāra?ā, Dhyana and Samādhi is referred to as Samyama, and is considered a tool of achieving various perfections, or Siddhis. The text warns (III.37) that these powers can become an obstacle to the yogi who seeks liberation.
Kaivalya Pada(34 sutras). Kaivalya literally translates to "isolation", but as used in the Sutras stands for emancipation or liberation and is used where other texts often employ the term moksha (liberation). The Kaivalya Pada describes the process of liberation and the reality of the transcendental ego.

我們?nèi)ipping，前面Steve太太排隊(duì)時隨隨便便拎起一條腿磺送，yoga people驻子！we can tell!
我是首先下去的，dipping時候頭都在河流下估灿，想到的是一個瑜伽行者里面yogi躺在冰凍河流里的醒悟崇呵，他意識到自己塵世生活都是虛幻，自己原是洞里打坐的yogi馅袁，我從頭到腳域慷！7次，非常清爽汗销，沒有非常寒冷犹褒，bungalow boy很熱情的幫助所有女士，他在水里幾乎1個小時弛针，他是麥肯錫的顧問叠骑，計(jì)劃做一些不一樣的事情；我曾經(jīng)借了100rupee在寺廟full moon night削茁，和他聊了一下宙枷，之后一直惦記還給他；結(jié)果最后一個酒店在他換房間時給他付材，他竟然因?yàn)榉块g窗簾打開是強(qiáng)不是風(fēng)景要求換房朦拖，我在rishikesh也是如此都沒有任何想法換，回到現(xiàn)代社會大家要求就變了厌衔！
上來后換衣服璧帝，到處都是牛糞味，我?guī)Я艘粭l毯子富寿，早晨瑜伽衣服沒換睬隶，我在cave里換了衣服，用pants擋住屁股页徐，既然路上女士們都可以路邊方便苏潜，我也放松了；這里一切露天变勇！
借了100rupee飞袋，買了dal和牙膏戳气，過了橋在陽光里和大家一起chai巧鸭，我請幾個人chai瓶您，大家都聚集那里說說笑笑，看印度朋友喂牛香蕉和面包呀袱，牛的眼睛如此純潔讓人感動署拟，第一次近距離而且喜歡她心包！
我們bus繼續(xù)party，我開始主動邀請和播放音樂馒铃，weekend mood蟹腾，一切如此美好，這個旅程開始越來越好区宇！
2.30竟然到了酒店娃殖， nowhere on the road!但我們也都o(jì)k 啦，因?yàn)榭梢宰詈笥袩崴丛枰楣龋@一路幾乎都沒有熱水炉爆，我第一時間吃完午餐，check in room卧晓，換洗完畢芬首，婉言拒絕和其他人一起進(jìn)城，我自己路邊等了很久逼裆，攔下一個tuktuk就稀里嘩啦開進(jìn)market郁稍，其實(shí)還蠻遠(yuǎn)的，很快就發(fā)現(xiàn)沒有任何值得買的東西胜宇，而且河邊就是張亂差耀怜，幾個偽裝政府人攔住我讓我捐助為了當(dāng)?shù)厍鍧嵒肿牛倚睦锇l(fā)笑“沒人清潔啊”！
決定去fab india财破，還是蠻遠(yuǎn)的然评，到達(dá)一個起碼有幾個西式快餐的區(qū)域，我很興奮的試衣服狈究，還是選了上海可以穿的褲子盏求，其他長衫也只能印度當(dāng)?shù)卮┒蹲叮换爻毯苷垓v，凍得夠嗆碎罚，把褲子都繞在脖子上才ok磅废，回來就是discourse，我難得坐在后面：
Evening chanting沒完沒了荆烈，I was thinking my lost scarf in the bus, which finish its fortune拯勉！Robert提到1987 they met Eddie , 認(rèn)為他是真正living yogi，Eddie自嘲自己是materialist憔购，我認(rèn)為有真實(shí)一面宫峦，他是Jewish，而且憑借S和workshop確實(shí)收入不錯玫鸟。Robert說In Hawaii satya was born他投靠Eddie 后先是要做一個yoga magazine called Namarupa yoga导绷。Eddie說Yatra必須經(jīng)歷 hardship，但若干瑜伽老師之后說沒感覺到hardship屎飘，都是tough cookie妥曲，我感受到了，但可以接受hardship钦购，而且不覺著太難過檐盟。
Robert推薦書Diana L Eck寫了India: A Sacred Geography
Eddie提到同一階段Indian gods are In contrast with Greek god，我不理解具體指什么押桃。提到Temple is measurable things and subtle unmeasurable things meet葵萎，這解釋為什么他如此虔誠？我站起來問how to connect 2018 since everyone we like and would like to practice with them and share info! 其實(shí)心里希望Robert可以endorse我create facebook group怨规，Both Robert and Eddie saying to use old one problem solved! I think they think too much and so I think too much also! Anyhow we close it 10pm! 比較晚了陌宿，就不多想了！
