I got my drivers license maby before ten years ago,so I can't still remember anything for him,I just remembered policy is very loosely at that time,
And I payed mony for each step ,like Written examination,like road test,e.t,
And I know that the policy is very severely now,I think that's a great thing,It's good for everybody ,it will become safety for everyone on road and I hope the Casualty rates are getting lower and lower
