練習(xí)感悟：

每天都在堅持練習(xí)，今天是第100天牛郑。很難想象已經(jīng)練習(xí)了100天慧妄。

經(jīng)過這100天孟害，我已經(jīng)把練習(xí)口語當(dāng)成了生活的一部分，不再是一個任務(wù)硅堆。讀英語反而讓我覺得輕松皂冰，甚至在煩悶時，讀英語是一種宣泄苛聘。

這100天里涂炎，經(jīng)過對元音有針對性地發(fā)音練習(xí)，我的元音發(fā)音進步明顯设哗，并且牢記每一個元音的發(fā)音位置唱捣，能自主地糾正。通過跟讀网梢，語音語調(diào)震缭、語速、停頓與剛剛讀時战虏，不可同日而語拣宰。接下來我將刻意練習(xí)輔音，同時希望自己能結(jié)合語法知識烦感，嘗試自己脫口而出徐裸。

這100天，我不僅在練習(xí)英語啸盏，而且堅持閱讀，不管多浮躁骑祟，都讓自己沉下心來閱讀回懦。閱讀也成了我生活的一部分气笙。雖然自己仍然在按部就班地工作，但精神充實怯晕，并不覺得空虛潜圃。

我會繼續(xù)堅持下去，期待100天后的自己舟茶。
