Rejoice and give eternal thanks, for you know that you live forever. You do it one day at a time, living each moment fully and gloriously, forgetting the past, with no concern for the future, simply accepting that life is eternal and has no beginning and no end. All the time you are growing and expanding in consciousness, you are beginning to understand the mystery and wonder of life eternal and your realisation of oneness with Me, the Creator of life. Step by step you move onward and upward filled with peace, tranquillity and serenity, realising that as all is in My hands, you have nothing to concern yourself with. It is when you try to look too far ahead that life becomes a real burden, and to many souls brings fear, uncertainty and even lack of faith and belief. Become as a little child, free and joyous, and life will be a continual source of delight for you. Believe in life and live it fully.
歡慶并獻上永恒的感恩规脸，因我知道我永遠活著奋救。我日復一日地這樣做茂腥，將每一刻都活得充實榮耀晰赞，忘記了過去蹋凝，也不再擔心未來，僅僅只是接納生命是永恒的芒炼，沒有開始吩谦，也沒有結束。在我不斷成長與擴展的這些時間里前塔，我開始理解生命永恒的神秘與奇跡嚣艇，以及我對于上天，生命的創(chuàng)造者华弓，合一的覺察食零。
我一步步地前進，充滿了和平寂屏、安寧與寧靜贰谣，我意識到一切都在上天的手中，我不需要擔心什么迁霎。正是當我試圖看得太遠時吱抚，生活變成了一個真正的負擔，而對很多靈魂而言考廉，這也會帶來恐懼秘豹、不確定性、甚至缺乏信念與信心昌粤。變得如同一個孩童一樣憋肖，自由、快樂婚苹，生活就會變成歡樂的源泉。相信生活鸵膏，并全然地活出它膊升。
