今天遇到一個(gè)比較難搞的拒絕理由掂摔，如果處理不好的話术羔，會(huì)耽誤很長(zhǎng)的上架時(shí)間。我們公司是生產(chǎn)智能床的一家公司乙漓，智能床會(huì)收集一些體征數(shù)據(jù)：心率级历、呼吸率、打鼾叭披、體動(dòng)等數(shù)據(jù)寥殖。根據(jù)收集到的數(shù)據(jù)，來(lái)給用戶一些睡眠建議涩蜘，以及做一些數(shù)據(jù)分析嚼贡，保障用戶在床上時(shí)的生命體征健康正常。下面我們來(lái)看一下這次審核被拒的理由：

Your app connects to external medical hardware to provide medical services. However, to be compliant with App Store Review Guideline 1.4.1, you must:
Provide documentation from the appropriate regulatory organization demonstrating regulatory clearance for the medical hardware used by your app
Provide documentation of a report or peer-reviewed study that demonstrates your app’s use of medical hardware works as described
Restrict the salable storefronts you select in App Store Connect to the regions where you have obtained regulatory clearance for the medical hardware used by your app. Otherwise, you must provide a jurisdiction statement in your app description declaring where the medical hardware has regulatory clearance to be used.

第一個(gè)問(wèn)題：
APP中出現(xiàn)了一些說(shuō)明熊户、解釋萍膛、建議、指導(dǎo)類文章或文案嚷堡，其中帶有一些醫(yī)療相關(guān)的專業(yè)性知識(shí)蝗罗，你沒(méi)有給出這些文章或者文案的出處。

如果你們做的就是醫(yī)療器械（不管硬件是你們公司自己的妆档，或者是第三方提供的），那很簡(jiǎn)單不可能拿不出這些文件虫碉，根據(jù)蘋果給你的審核拒絕理由贾惦，找出這些證書文件，通過(guò)附件的方式回復(fù)蘋果敦捧，然后接著讓蘋果審核就好须板。如果你們的器械，不是醫(yī)療器械兢卵，只是做一些健康檢測(cè)或者體征檢測(cè)习瑰，而且你們使用的硬件無(wú)法提供那些證書，那么.......秽荤，你估計(jì)就要費(fèi)一番工夫了甜奄。
我們的做法是，影藏所有與健康數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)的一切功能王滤，什么心率、呼吸率千萬(wàn)別有滓鸠，也別出現(xiàn)和這些相關(guān)的一些東西雁乡，圖表什么的都不行，哪怕是一句話都不要有（我建議這樣）糜俗。別忘了App Store Connect里面的預(yù)覽圖和App描述踱稍，里面也別出現(xiàn)這些東西曲饱。
