Cognitive Services可以理解為微軟為AI開發(fā)者提供的配套工具和接口包饿序，涉及了語音語義狂丝、垂類知識泵琳、網(wǎng)頁檢索、圖像和視頻處理及地址處理的能力舔涎。
這些Service簡化bot的創(chuàng)建成本笼踩、擴充bot的能力范圍。
