備考注會(huì)考試孟辑,連續(xù)聽了兩三個(gè)小時(shí)的課,很枯燥告希,感覺注意力集中很難扑浸,效率很低烧给。因?yàn)檫@些內(nèi)容是我沒接觸過的內(nèi)容燕偶,老師講的挺粗,再加上連續(xù)聽課沒有做題础嫡,所以這些知識(shí)只是在我腦海中像風(fēng)一樣刮過去了指么,沒有留下勾回。所以我就去英語趣配音APP上配音了榴鼎,這是一件可以讓我放松的事情伯诬,再回來的時(shí)候就感覺效率提高了不少呢。

A Production to "9 slightly crazy things that might make you wildly productive"
The article begins with a woman who feel the stress of fatigue,impatience and boredom after 7 hours car ride. Then she hears her cat dog yawned with an outrageously funny expression of his own boredom.It makes she laugh so that she is full of energy, which makes she remind a research that feeling of happiness leads to an ability to think and act more quickly.
Changing our words and actions can release these " feel good drugs" and replace them with positive,empowering,joyful words and actions.
It's may not easy to convince yourself that this little change could lead you to step away from the stress.It takes discipline and lots of previous,positive experience with a process to make it a habit. So start small, a successful experience can make your next practice more easy.
