Sheepishly: looking or feeling embarrassed because you have done sth silly or wrong窘迫地贤笆；難為情地陈哑；不好意思地
e.g. I grinned sheepishly when I entered the classroom seeing a couple hugging.

e.g.I don’t like the persons who are tin god and look down upon others.

今天嘗試把Outline寫下來，因為每次做周末大總結(jié)的時候碟渺，又返回去看一遍肛冶，花得時間很多街氢，主要是平時沒有針對一天的閱讀情況做總結(jié)，所以只能都推到周末再做淑趾，但那樣就變成一個苦差事阳仔。寫一個Outline對文章有一個框架，這樣不至于看過了扣泊，除了一些感受之外近范，其他就沒什么印象了。
今天給我最多的感觸便是P problems are pc opportunites延蟹，很多時候自己都是不想解決問題评矩，選擇逃避問題，殊不知問題可以是轉(zhuǎn)化成機(jī)會阱飘，一個可以鍛煉自己解決問題斥杜，處理各種麻煩事的機(jī)會。逃避問題只會堆積更多的問題沥匈，只會后患無窮蔗喂。反過來改變一下心態(tài)，把問題轉(zhuǎn)化成機(jī)會高帖，就有動力去做事情了缰儿。
