譯文：
Gardens represent an environment built out of humanity’s affection for nature and their desire for entertainment and relaxation. They are objects of aesthetic enjoyment. When wealth is concentrated in the hands of a few and the majority of people go to bed hungry, gardens become luxuries accessible only to the privileged class.
