基建辦2018年工作總結(jié)
一娄琉、工地施工方面

（1）組織各類安全檢查45次并針對檢查中發(fā)生的問題整改落實(shí)求厕；
（2）召開了監(jiān)理例會(huì)36次；
（3）2018年5月和11月組織開展工程安全質(zhì)量月活動(dòng)：
①梳理安全和質(zhì)量方面的規(guī)章制度；
②觀看安全警示片；
③組織各部門探討安全質(zhì)量方面的注意事項(xiàng)之碗；
④觀看質(zhì)量警示片；
⑤組織內(nèi)部現(xiàn)場檢查并整改季希；
⑥迎接常州市建設(shè)局綜合大檢查褪那；
⑦針對檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題整改落實(shí)；
（4）2018年6月配合開展安全質(zhì)量月活動(dòng)：
（5）針對中高考時(shí)間式塌，制定中高考期間施工方案博敬，并嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行；
（6）根據(jù)《2018年江蘇省建筑工地施工揚(yáng)塵治理實(shí)施方案》（蘇建質(zhì)安〔2018〕128號(hào)）和《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)施工現(xiàn)場大氣質(zhì)量管控的通知》峰尝，要求施工方加強(qiáng)揚(yáng)塵措施偏窝，確保做到抑塵、降塵武学；
（7）組織開展“119消防日”相關(guān)活動(dòng)祭往；
（8）針對2018年常州市第二次綜合大檢查，做好相應(yīng)的準(zhǔn)備
