全國人民代表大會提出五大發(fā)展理念
One of the key issues to be discussed at this year’s NPC session is the 13th Five-Year Plan.

指導(dǎo)五年規(guī)劃期間發(fā)展的一系列重要思想已經(jīng)確認邀窃。其中的首要思想便是五大發(fā)展理念：創(chuàng)新硝烂、協(xié)調(diào)电抚、綠色梧油、開放和共享渠驼。
The concepts are designed to facilitate building a “moderately prosperous society in all respects” by 2020.
設(shè)立這些理念是為了促成2020年成功建設(shè)“全面小康社會”敢会。
