我們?yōu)榱朔€(wěn)固自我認(rèn)知以及他人對(duì)我們的看法典尾，常常會(huì)逃避一些事。遇到問題不詢問糊探，以此就不會(huì)暴露自己的無知钾埂、不會(huì)受傷。友人間產(chǎn)生罅隙科平，不開口也就不會(huì)遇冷褥紫。遇事頑固不化，聽到相異的意見就跳腳辯解或是攻擊他人瞪慧。我們希望一切如常髓考，脆弱的內(nèi)心不會(huì)暴露在空氣中，不會(huì)受到傷害弃酌。
但是氨菇，就像肌肉經(jīng)過不斷地撕裂拉伸才會(huì)長大，我們也應(yīng)該鍛煉自己脆弱的內(nèi)心妓湘，時(shí)常暴露在恐懼中查蓉，久而久之，內(nèi)心也會(huì)強(qiáng)大榜贴。
誠實(shí)面對(duì)自己和他人奶是。吐露心聲，即使遭到冷嘲熱諷，下一次也要繼續(xù)發(fā)聲聂沙。向曾經(jīng)傷害過的人道歉，即使得不到原諒初嘹，但卻是個(gè)自我反思的好機(jī)會(huì)及汉。想不通的時(shí)候，就讀一讀《矛盾十誡》（The Paradoxical Commandments)屯烦。
