Present Simple Tense
一般現(xiàn)在式
例如:
I play.
You play.
We play.
They play.
He plays.
She plays.
It plays.
We use the present simple tense for repeated or regular actions in the present time period.
我們用一般現(xiàn)在時表示在現(xiàn)在一段時間內(nèi)反復發(fā)生或者有規(guī)律發(fā)生的事情
例如:
I walk? to school.
She rides her bicycle.
I eat rice for breakfast.
+We use the simple present tense for facts.
對于事實我們用一般現(xiàn)在時
例如:
Sam has a pet monkey.
Bob and Ed are friends.
We use the present simple tense for habits.
對于習慣我們用一般現(xiàn)在時
例如:
I eat dinner with my family every day.
Billy plays basketball every Thursday.
We use the present simple tense for things that are always or generally true.
對于真理我們用一般現(xiàn)在時
例如:
Grass is green.
The sky is blue.
Present Progressive Tense
現(xiàn)在進行時
The present progressive tense is used in the form be + verb + ing.
現(xiàn)在進行時我們用be+動詞+ing的形式
例如:
I am eating.
You are eating.
He/She/It is running.
They are sitting.
We are going home.
The present progressive is used to show actions that are happening right now.
現(xiàn)在正在發(fā)生的事情我們用一般進行時
例如:
My sister is playing the guitar right now.
I can’t talk.? I am studying.
We use the present progressive to talk about actions that occur over a period of time, including the present.
一段時間內(nèi)包括現(xiàn)在發(fā)生的事情我們用現(xiàn)在進行時
例如:
How are you doing these days?
I am studying to become a doctor.
Future Simple Tense
一般將來時
There are two ways to express the simple future tense in English:
有兩種表達一般將來時的方式
will and be going to
Form will? ? (will + verb)
Will形式(Will+動詞)
例如:
I will go to the store tomorrow.
He will not eat dinner tonight.
Will you go to the store tomorrow?
We can make statements shorter by using:
我們可以將組合縮寫為:
I’ll
he’ll
she’ll
it’ll
you’ll
we’ll
they’ll
won’t
例如:
I’ll play the piano tonight.
He won’t walk to school tomorrow.
Form be going to
Be going to的形式
I am
he/she/it is
you/they/we are
+ going to + verb
I am going to walk to school tomorrow.
You are not going to run tonight.
Are you going to run on Sunday?
Many times in English, we can use either will or be going to, but there are some times when one is better than the other.
在英語中赫模,兩種形式都可以表達將來時昆码,但是在某些情況下我們更青睞于其中的一種形式
We use will when….
…we ask for or offer to? do something that will help someone
當我們請求或者提供幫助的時候,我們更青睞于使用will的形式
例如:
Will you help me clean my room?
Sure, I’ll help you clean your room after I eat.
We use will when….
…we make a promise
當我們許諾的時候用will的形式
例如:
I promise that I’ll go to the movies with you.
We use will when….
…we talk about things we believe will be true in the future
當我們相信某件事情在將來會成真的時候我們用will的形式
例如:
Scientists predict that the earth will get hotter.
We use be going to when….
…we are talking about plans
當我們談論計劃的時候我們用be going to的形式
例如:
What are you going to do this weekend?
I’m going to visit my aunt and uncle.
When we make a new decision about the future, we use will.
當我們?yōu)閷碜鲆粋€新的決定的時候我們用will的形式
Once we have already made that decision, we use be going to.
當我們已經(jīng)為未來做好一個決定的時候我們用be going to的形式
例如:
Good Idea!? I’ll talk to her.
I’m going to ask her if she can help me.
