【編者按】：這首詩正如王佐良先生一樣捐祠，是在勸說詩人所愛的女孩要抓住時(shí)機(jī)接受愛情拓诸，不然時(shí)光稍縱即逝侵佃。詩人站在男性視角上，希望女孩好好把握時(shí)機(jī)奠支，在適時(shí)趕上愛情的班車馋辈，否則錯(cuò)過了就再難挽回。

Fresh spring the herald of loves mighty king,
清新的春天倍谜，你這愛情的先驅(qū)迈螟，高傲的帝王叉抡，
In whose cote armour richly are displayd
輝煌的臂章在閃耀
All sort of flowers the which on earth do spring
叢花因此在大地綻放
In goodly colours gloriously array.
以鮮艷的顏色及炫麗的姿態(tài)。
Goe to my love, where she is careless layd,
去找尋吾愛答毫，她正隨意地躺著褥民，
Yet in her winters bowre not well awake:

Tell her the joyous time wil not be staid

Unless she doe him by the forelock take.①

Bid her therefore her selfe soone ready make,

To wayt on love amongst his lovely crew：

Where every one that misseth then her make,

Shall be by him amearest with penance dew.

Make hast therefore sweet love, whilest it is prime,
