On Internship
Internship is aimed at adapting practioners to the role conversion little by little. You may do whatever you please as a student, but you cannot act the same way as a teacher. It is a heavy burden and a tough test for you to be worthy of the name of the teacher. You should learn from Maitreya Buddha who is able to tolerate all unbearable things, or the students' unexpected mistakes must get you crazy.
Cast away all prejudices in your mind for the moment. Do not set a judgment criterion for yourself or take it for granted what is right and what is wrong in advance. Many thoughts we hold may be wrong prejudices, and we are likely to go astray if guided by these wrong thoughts. Based on these rigid thoughts, you may find too many wrong matters here and there in your eyes.
First of all, totally open up your mind, face your work with a brand-new sight, and regard it as a good chance for practice. As a proverb goes, the finest diamond must be cut. You need not fear, just face anything with a calm heart. Adjust yourself so that you will adapt yourself to the new role. Meanwhile, you may learn a lot of valuable things that cannot be obtained from books. Only what you comprehend through your personal experience is your most precious treasures.
The errors are not dreadful, while the attitude toward the errors matters. If one has known he is wrong, but he still adheres stubbornly to his errors and even covers them up, this attitude is hateful. It will never be too late to correct mistakes and approach the truth.
One will get mature and perfect during the process of error-making and error-correcting in his life, so we should not treat the students' errors in a rough way. Most important of all, we should guide them how to learn useful lessons from their errors. The school is an test field for students to grow, we should allow them to try various new things. It does not matter if they make mistakes in their tries. If they obey the teachers inanimately the whole day, do they behave like real children?
Let us consider how we grow up. We also hoped to learn the world with our own eyes and disliked simple homilies of teachers. Thus, we should put ourselves in others' positions so as not to follow the old road of those disgusting teachers when we become teachers. It just shows the teacher's incapability if he often loses his temper for the students' errors.

在英語(yǔ)角經(jīng)常聽到一些大學(xué)生說(shuō)"I went to practice in that company..."
I worked as an intern there."
practice: to do the work of a lawyer, a doctor, etc.
She's passed her law examinations and is now practicing (as a lawyer).
A practicing doctor.
