1.JCVI
1).下載地址:
JCVI就是python版本的McscanX:https://github.com/tanghaibao/jcvi/wiki/MCscan-(Python-version).
2)安裝軟件(我的conda可能那里沒處理好乞旦,只能先創(chuàng)建環(huán)境欧穴,再安裝):
conda create -n jcvi
conda activate jcvi
conda install jcvi
conda install last

4).高亮的表示方法(染色體id少于5個吩案,軟件默認不顯示id,即使指定展示id)
(1)除了可以在collinearity.anchors.simple前加上r*,b*,g*,y*帝簇,結果是高亮block徘郭,還可以選擇RGB顏色https://www.sojson.com/rgb.html靠益。例如:

(2)如果只想畫1一對1的形式,高亮共線性基因對残揉,即是1胧后,2列相同,3抱环,4列相同壳快,可以自己多造任意對:

5).修改染色體id和字體大小。
