This weekend the number of players was low, it was cold and there was pollution.
The first class (8:20-10:20), Sunday like Saturday a group of coaches without class was gathered to learn and discuss.
1.? ? ? On Saturday, coaches performed different exercises on ball controlling (both feet, inside and outside of foot, pull the ball, change the direction) to challenge and distract the opponent to make a wrong move or loose the balance and thus win the advantage (time, position or distance).
We also did passing the ball exercises; the players-coach were divided in three teams and five ball were used, a player were not allowed to pass his teammate or pass back the player who passed him. (20m*15m)
The exercises were good and from that training session we learned more.
2.? ? ? On Sunday, after observing one exercise in training session, a group of coaches discussed and made analysis and from that exercise, different modifications were suggested. The exercise was passing the ball, performed by two players around a square(2m*2m), after passing the ball the player change position and get ready to receive back the ball and so on…
Many repetitions can be performed and the players are required to make many passes as possible in given duration (2minutes for example)
The second class (10:30-21:30)
The players (Beginners-Ada’s class) did warmup with and without ball.
The main content of this weekend was dribbling the ball and shooting on goal.
Later they played a normal game 2vs2.
There are kids determined and they are improving technical skills.
