根據(jù)所做的定義赠幕，我們所有的估算都將包括澄清時間和所有活動創(chuàng)建至少三條工作約定，以促進會議中的清晰溝通
下面是我們項目目前創(chuàng)建的工作約定：
1:Ensure all scrum activities are timeboxed and punctuality is to be strictly adhere to.
確保所有Scrum活動都具有時間限制榕堰，并且要嚴格守時。
2:For any projected hours committed per sprint we must not be challenge.
對于每個sprint承諾的任何預計工作時間局冰，我們都不應挑戰(zhàn)
3.Do not challenge the reasoning of Product Owner priority
不要質疑產(chǎn)品負責人優(yōu)先權的理由
4:Do not challenge the estimation from the dev team
不要質疑開發(fā)團隊的估算
5:All our estimation will include time for clarification and all activities according to the Definition of Done

6:We will call for a timeout (up to 3 days) within the sprint if the user stories are unclear
如果用戶故事不清楚碳胳，我們將在sprint中要求超時（最多3天）
