昨夜雨疏風驟，
A light rain fell with the strong wind blowing last night
濃睡不消殘酒。
A good night's sleep failed to get rid of my drunkenness
試問卷簾人痢法，
I asked the maid rolling the curtain what was going on outside
卻道海棠依舊。
She replied the crabapple blossoms were the same as yesterday
知否淮韭，知否？
Do you know, do you know
應是綠肥紅瘦贴届。
It should be the time for green leaves to flourish and red flowers to wither
【白話譯文】
昨夜雨稀疏風吹急驟靠粪，
一夜酣睡未能消除我的余醉蜡吧。
我問那卷簾的侍女外面情況如何，
她說海棠花依然和昨天一樣占键。
知道嗎昔善，知道嗎？
應該是綠葉繁茂紅花凋零的時節(jié)了畔乙。
【注釋】
1）雨疏風驟：雨點稀疏君仆，風吹急驟。
2）濃睡不消殘酒：酣睡一夜也未能消除余醉牲距。濃睡返咱，酣睡；殘酒牍鞠，尚未消散的醉意咖摹。
3）卷簾人：卷起簾子的侍女。
4）綠肥紅瘦：綠葉繁茂难述，紅花凋零萤晴。
