我的app是一個(gè)視頻點(diǎn)播類(lèi)app,因?yàn)榈谌桨鏅?quán)問(wèn)題更新時(shí)被拒絕了
我的app真的僅僅是展示一些節(jié)目列表而已,并不直接播放視頻,仍然被拒
但最終更新成功了,對(duì)入坑的小伙伴仍有借鑒意義

與幾個(gè)同樣遇到此類(lèi)問(wèn)題,并上架成功的小伙伴交流后,
解決辦法主要分兩類(lèi):
1.如果是第一次上架app,可以同時(shí)上架多個(gè)app,
因?yàn)閷徍巳藛T的不同可能會(huì)上架成功,上架成功一個(gè)后再撤銷(xiāo)其他的即可
2.暫時(shí)不顯示電影或者電視海報(bào),而是統(tǒng)一顯示靜態(tài)占位圖,
在通過(guò)了審核之后再開(kāi)通顯示海報(bào)接口
或者點(diǎn)擊播放按鈕播放不了視頻
但是我的app并不是第一次上線,
而且app中沒(méi)有海報(bào)圖片的頁(yè)面也被蘋(píng)果審核人員截圖表示侵權(quán)
兩類(lèi)都不是
所以我聯(lián)系了蘋(píng)果技術(shù)幫助:
打完上面這個(gè)電話后回復(fù)我了一個(gè)郵件,讓我聯(lián)系審核人員,他們并不清楚審核的相關(guān)事宜:
提交你的問(wèn)題之后,他們會(huì)給你發(fā)一封郵件,里面會(huì)有這樣一段話:
If you believe the review does not accurately reflect your app and its compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines, you can request an appeal by completing the <a >Submit a Rejection Appeal </a>form.
如果你相信評(píng)估不能準(zhǔn)確地反映你的應(yīng)用及其與app Store的合規(guī)審查指南,您可以提交一個(gè)請(qǐng)求上訴。
然后你點(diǎn)擊其中的鏈接到了上訴的頁(yè)面:

我的解決辦法?
我在最后一次申訴的description中寫(xiě)了這一段話:
“本次app更新廣電方面很著急,需要立即更新,下次更新時(shí)再一同提交版權(quán)證明材料"
然后我也沒(méi)有提交審核我的app,仍然是拒絕狀態(tài),準(zhǔn)備等版權(quán)證明材料,
但幾天后app莫名其妙更新成功了...
其他人的情況:
詢(xún)問(wèn)了另一個(gè)爬資源直接放視頻的小伙伴(這絕對(duì)是侵權(quán)了),
他的是個(gè)人app,隱藏了播放功能(點(diǎn)擊海報(bào)不能播放,僅顯示詳情),
等一段時(shí)間之后也過(guò)審了(大約半個(gè)月,跟我過(guò)審差個(gè)三四天的樣子),
但是他的app無(wú)法運(yùn)行了一段時(shí)間,可能會(huì)損失一部分用戶(hù),他說(shuō)出現(xiàn)了好多一星差評(píng)
我的結(jié)論是:
蘋(píng)果審核人員不定時(shí)抽風(fēng)嚴(yán)查,觀察你的app一段時(shí)間,
如果在他們觀察期間內(nèi)沒(méi)有侵權(quán)功能,就同意更新
