In our town, during the Spring Festival, we will make the red glutinous rice dumpling, which is called "YangMei", brown sugar fillings.It looks like amplifying waxberry,having a beautiful red coat,which gives it the name. When it is cooked, the stuffing of the brown sugar in the "YangMei" melts into sugar water. At the same time, glutinous rice becomes sweet and soft. When you take a bite, the brown sugar water will overflow from the glutinous rice dumpling.The glutinous rice is delicious and chewy.I believe that you will fall in love with the taste.What's more,its red look brings a sense of celebration,which is popular during the Spring Festival.
每個人的家鄉(xiāng)都會有一些獨特的美食吧胶逢!接下來就讓我來介紹一下我家鄉(xiāng)過春節(jié)時的一種美食吧构拳!在我們家鄉(xiāng)的春節(jié)期間,家里的長輩們都會聚到一起來做一種被稱為“楊梅”的紅色的糯米團子睛挚,這種糯米團子做的時候里面是固態(tài)的紅糖餡撤嫩,主要成分是紅糖窃诉,也有一些白糖乐纸、芝麻等等常柄。正是因為這種紅色糯米團子看起來很像是放大了的紅楊梅鲤氢,像是披上了一層紅艷美麗的外衣搀擂,所以就被賦予了這個美麗的名字。這種糯米團子做好后是放在蒸籠里蒸熟的卷玉,蒸熟后它里面的紅糖餡就會因為高溫而化為濃稠的紅糖水哨颂。與此同時,它外層的糯米層也會變得又香又軟相种,富有黏性和嚼勁威恼。做好之后,你只要輕輕地咬上一口寝并,糯米團子里的濃濃紅糖水就會滿溢出來箫措,那種香甜就會迅速溢滿你的整張嘴,外面的糯米也美味而有嚼勁衬潦,這樣的搭配給味蕾帶來了極大的福利斤蔓。我相信,你一定會立刻愛上這種味道镀岛,實在是美味而又獨特弦牡。除此之外呢,紅色一直是我們中國人眼中最喜慶的顏色漂羊,象征著紅紅火火的生活驾锰。這表面紅艷的“楊梅”也是帶來了喜慶的感覺,也寄予了我們美好的新年愿望拨与,給我們帶來甜蜜的感覺稻据,特別適合過春節(jié)的時候大家聚在一起來享受這份獨特的美味呢!所以這種紅色的糯米團子“楊梅”在我的家鄉(xiāng)春節(jié)時期可是非常的受歡迎呢买喧!
