Initially our practice is always mindfulness first,?followed by?effort and samadhi,?with wisdom trailing?quite?far behind. As we keep plodding along,?wisdom?slowly?catches up and?hopefully?one?day?is?strong?enough to pull?ahead.
開(kāi)始階段,我們的練習(xí)常常是覺(jué)知占主導(dǎo)欲低,其次是精進(jìn)和正定引領(lǐng),而智慧往往拖在最后。隨著我們的跋涉不懈,智慧也在慢慢追趕为迈,希望有一天它可以強(qiáng)大到成為主導(dǎo)。
親身體驗(yàn):覺(jué)知→精進(jìn)正定→智慧的修行順序缺菌,還是先從練好正見(jiàn)開(kāi)始吧葫辐,沒(méi)有正見(jiàn)就沒(méi)有覺(jué)知,就什么都沒(méi)了伴郁。
