此次安裝的有：sratoolkit, hisat, 和NCBI blast
習(xí)慣將安裝包放在~/src 下栖雾，將解壓縮的內(nèi)容放在~/op/biosoft
因此叛复，新建biosoft文件夾
mkdir -p ~/opt/biosoft
mkdir -p ~/opt/sysoft
在百度上搜索sratools download
https://ftp-trace.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/sdk/2.9.2/sratoolkit.2.9.2-centos_linux64.tar.gz
wget -c https://ftp-trace.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/sdk/2.9.2/sratoolkit.2.9.2-centos_linux64.tar.gz
-c表示斷點續(xù)傳
下載完成后，解壓縮
tar -zxvf sratoolkit.2.9.2-centos_linux64.tar.gz
將解壓縮的內(nèi)容移動到src文件夾下面
mv -i sratoolkit.2.9.2-centos_linux64 ~/opt/biosoft/
同理械哟，下載HISAT2
wget -c ftp://ftp.ccb.jhu.edu/pub/infphilo/hisat2/downloads/hisat2-2.1.0-OSX_x86_64.zip
解壓縮映凳，但這回是zip結(jié)尾录别，所以
unzip hisat2-2.1.0-OSX_x86_64.zip
mv hisat2-2.1.0-OSX_x86_64.zip ~/opt/biosoft
下載NCBI-blast
wget -c ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/executables/blast+/LATEST/
