Summary
Thoughts
Habits defined: knowledge, desire,skill
Our character, basically, is a composite of our habits. "Sow a thought, reap an action; sow an action, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a charater; sow a character, reap a destiny."
首先要靠知識(knowledge)認識到自己需要改變:what to do. 最后要去實踐起來(skill):How to do.
No one can persuade another to change. Each of us guards a gate of change that can only be opened form the inside
Effectiveness & P/PC Balance
The P/PC balance is the very essence of effectiveness.
P是what is produced也就是想要的結果是什么猎醇,PC是producing capacity生產力
No step can be skipped.
