1.做網(wǎng)站多語言時，遇到上面的英文大小寫的問題奖地。因為是多人合作橄唬，所以每個人遵守的規(guī)則都不一樣，所以参歹，特此整理一下仰楚。

THIS are called capitalized letters,they are used at the beginning of a sentence, the first letter of a proper noun, an acroynm,Ex: The cat jumped over the lazy dog. I saw Wilbur jump the fence, The CIA is quite scary.
Writing an email in all caps is considered rude and they are silly ,because using internet manners that means they are shouting,like yelling or screaming.

so if you are talking about a the title of a book, the name of a movie, a magazine, newspaper, an article.
all the important words in those titles should be capitalized.
