Linux系統(tǒng)的app store：conda
生信常用：miniconda
入門操作：

1.下載miniconda ：
(1)通過Mac terminal 進(jìn)入linux服務(wù)器輸入 uname -a 查看服務(wù)器的版本，然后再在清華的conda鏡像網(wǎng)站查看此鏡像能安裝到linux的版本 （有32位和64位）

(2)復(fù)制此鏡像鏈接(Windows：選中，鼠標(biāo)左鍵點(diǎn)一下是復(fù)制浑彰，右鍵點(diǎn)一下是粘貼拆撼；Mac：直接cmd + c 復(fù)制僚害，cmd + v粘貼)摸航。

(3)進(jìn)入 biosoft 目錄后，輸入 wget 指令加上述鏈接 （目的：下載此鏡像到biosoft目錄中）

2.安裝miniconda
(1)輸入 bash Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh 指令安裝此鏡像铜邮。（安裝期間根據(jù)terminal上的提示按 Enter鍵 和輸入 yes）

(2)安裝好了以后仪召，會(huì)有以下提示

(3)此時(shí)，若返回bio3總目錄查看的話松蒜，會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)有兩個(gè)子目錄：biosoft(里面是Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh 這個(gè)鏡像文件)扔茅， miniconda3(里面是已經(jīng)安裝好的conda軟件)

3.激活conda：輸入 source ~/.bashrc 指令來激活

使用軟件前當(dāng)然要先激活軟件

4.進(jìn)入conda查看相關(guān)信息：輸入 conda 指令

5.添加conda的鏡像：輸入4行清華大學(xué)的通道代碼

相當(dāng)于開迅雷會(huì)員，加速下載的作用秸苗；若不添加召娜，速度會(huì)較慢，因?yàn)閏onda的服務(wù)器在境外

8.安裝此軟件：輸入上述指令后玖瘸，會(huì)有很多不同的版本——>默認(rèn)安裝最新版本，但是有的軟件新版本bug比較多檀咙，可能需要用到老版本雅倒；如果要指定版本號，可以輸入 conda install fastqc=0.11.7 -y 指令 （注：安裝指令 conda install fastqc -y 【加上-y是自動(dòng)安裝】）

10.不同的項(xiàng)目（如：分析轉(zhuǎn)錄組弧可、基因組組裝蔑匣、重測序等），需要不同的軟件棕诵，另外軟件之間的結(jié)合也是需要版本要求的

比如A項(xiàng)目你需要用a軟件V 1.0版本裁良，但是處理B項(xiàng)目又需要用到a軟件的V 1.5版本，怎么辦年鸳？--別想了趴久，辦法就是分身！搔确！按照你的項(xiàng)目彼棍，定制不同的分身，安裝不同的軟件膳算，互不干擾座硕。這個(gè)分身就是不同的“conda environment”。----生信星球

(1)輸入 conda info --envs 指令查看當(dāng)前conda有哪些環(huán)境

——>就只有 base 一個(gè)環(huán)境

(2) 若我們要處理轉(zhuǎn)錄組數(shù)據(jù)涕蜂，就需先建立一個(gè)名叫rna-seq的conda環(huán)境华匾，然后指定python版本是3，安裝軟件fastqc机隙、trimmomatic（這兩個(gè)可以一步完成）：輸入 conda create -n rna-seq python=3 fastqc trimmomatic -y 指令
