在一次直播中占婉,有網(wǎng)友質(zhì)疑劉畊宏妻子不夠瘦,對此劉畊宏回應(yīng)稱:健身酌予,是為了釋放壓力奖慌,釋放腦內(nèi)啡,讓身心靈健康快樂建椰。
這種不追求數(shù)值下降和維度變化的健身方式涎劈,也得到了越來越多健身者的支持。這也是今天這篇推送想要討論的話題——“身體中立” body neutrality谅海。

在the way+從句中, the way 是先行詞, 其后是定語從句镀层,它有三種表達形式:
the way+that
the way+ in which
the way + 從句(省略了that或in which)
在通常情況下, 用in which 引導(dǎo)的定語從句最為正式,用that的次之吴侦,而省略了關(guān)系代詞that 或 in which 的惶我,反而顯得更自然博投,最為常用毅哗。

句式復(fù)合形容詞作定語的,比如:

Over the past several years, the philosophy of body neutrality has gained traction among those who feel marginalized by a fitness culture dominated by thin, lithe instructors who exhort the benefits of punitive workouts and restrictive eating plans.

注意punitive只能用于名詞前面锐膜,一般不做后置定語毕箍。

Trainer和coach的區(qū)別在于,coach一般是體育運動的教練或為了應(yīng)對某個考試的指導(dǎo)老師筏养,而trainer側(cè)重教人或動物某項技能或工作的教練,比如a racehorse trainer 賽馬馴馬師常拓。
Critics of body neutrality argue that pursuing a Zen-like sense of detachment doesn't do enough to bolster self-image. That may be true, but it can still be a valuable tool in that process.

有點“打雞血”的意思速警√居“打雞血”的意思是給自己打氣鼓勵,振奮士氣闷旧,boost/bolster the morale,?pump sb. up长豁。插個題外話,單純從“雞血”的意象上說鸠匀,steroid一詞很接近蕉斜,這是類固醇,有時候運動員會違規(guī)服用這種藥物缀棍,介詞搭配on steroids宅此,有點開足馬力的意思:比如:
The booming housing market went on steroids, as did hedge funds and equity funds.
