- 在前兩部分介紹了To Get The Culture Right & To Get The People Right 把企業(yè)文化和人的因素講明白之后耻姥,這一部分Ray著重講的是如何去管理和進(jìn)化企業(yè)的那些原則翁涤!
- 管理企業(yè)同樣也應(yīng)該Higher Level往下看褐着,套用一句時(shí)髦的話就是:從高維去考慮屎债, 可以看得更清楚和透徹肛度!
- 有必要的了解Ray的一個(gè)說法:一個(gè)好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)其實(shí)是企業(yè)的一個(gè)工程師屡拨!說的很透徹份招,一個(gè)好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就應(yīng)該像一個(gè)工程師一樣, 發(fā)現(xiàn)根本的問題哩罪、找出解決方法授霸、觀察能否解決問題、不斷迭代這些工作流程和提高效率际插!
- 責(zé)任 --- 自己首先要負(fù)責(zé)碘耳,同時(shí)負(fù)有責(zé)任讓手下的人也對他們的工作負(fù)責(zé)。每個(gè)人把自己都當(dāng)做企業(yè)的主人框弛,這樣每個(gè)人才可以不斷地去積極的提高企業(yè)的效益辛辨!
Don't give orders and try to be followed, try to understand and to understand others by Getting in Sync! 同樣,企業(yè)內(nèi)部的信息同步相當(dāng)重要瑟枫,作為一個(gè)好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)斗搞,不要追求去發(fā)號施令,學(xué)者去同步慷妙!
