長非編碼RNA(lncRNA)是功能性非翻譯分子,長度超過200個核苷酸科乎,具有多種作用,例如染色質(zhì)修飾茅茂,轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控和蛋白質(zhì)構(gòu)象變化。
其實LncRNA并非嚴格意義的非編碼RNA,越來越多的LncRNA被發(fā)現(xiàn)有sORF,編碼少于100個氨基酸的微肽空闲。
