這個(gè)取決于上游Hi-C preprocess數(shù)據(jù)分析的軟件破停。上游用Juicer可以直接.hic文件轉(zhuǎn).mcool疆导。其他軟件我一般寫(xiě)腳本手動(dòng)將文件重整為bedpe格式。具體可以參考https://cooler.readthedocs.io/en/latest/cli.html#cooler-cload-pairs
