生命只會(huì)被年齡分為老少，但生活方式卻是公平的遵堵。
有人二十歲就死了箱玷，等到八十歲才被埋葬；有人八十歲快被埋葬時(shí)陌宿，卻活出了二十歲的勁頭锡足。
也許對(duì)我們來(lái)說(shuō)，成不成名都不重要壳坪。但把每天都當(dāng)成巔峰去過(guò)舶得，為自己未完成的生活而過(guò)，我們都很缺乏爽蝴。
一直很喜歡《Youth》這篇英語(yǔ)短文沐批，第一次讀到它源于多年前纫骑，一位朋友送我一本英文美文《生而為贏》，第一篇就是這篇《Youth》九孩，也是我背的最熟悉的一篇先馆。
這是德裔美籍人塞繆爾.厄爾曼70多年前寫的一篇只有四百多字的短文，首次在美國(guó)發(fā)表的時(shí)候躺彬，引起全美國(guó)轟動(dòng)效應(yīng)煤墙，成千上萬(wàn)的讀者把它抄下來(lái)當(dāng)作座右銘收藏，許多中老年人把它作為安排后半生的精神支柱宪拥。美國(guó)的麥克阿瑟將軍在指揮整個(gè)太平洋戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)期間仿野，辦公桌上始終擺著裝有短文《青春》（也有譯作《年輕》）復(fù)印件的鏡框，文中的許多的詞句常被他在談話或開(kāi)會(huì)作報(bào)告時(shí)引用她君。后來(lái)此文傳到日本设预，文章的觀點(diǎn)成為許多日本人生活哲學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)。松下公司的創(chuàng)始人松下幸之助說(shuō)：“多年來(lái)犁河，《青春》始終是我的座右銘鳖枕。”
不論你年齡多大桨螺，不論你過(guò)著什么樣的生活宾符，不論你做著什么樣的工作，不論你是否正迷茫灭翔，不知所措魏烫，這篇短文都值得你細(xì)細(xì)品味。

Youth is not a time of life; it is a state of mind; it is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees; it is a matter of the will, a quality of the imagination, a vigor of the emotions; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life.
青春不是年華煌张，而是心境呐赡；青春不是桃面、丹唇骏融、柔膝链嘀，而是深沉的意志，恢宏的想象档玻，炙熱的戀情怀泊；青春是生命的深泉在涌流。
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals.
青春氣貫長(zhǎng)虹误趴，勇銳蓋過(guò)怯弱霹琼，進(jìn)取壓倒茍安。如此銳氣，二十后生而有之枣申，六旬男子則更多見(jiàn)树灶。年歲有加，并非垂老糯而，理想丟棄天通，方墮暮年。
Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. Worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.
歲月悠悠熄驼，衰微只及肌膚像寒；熱忱拋卻，頹廢必致靈魂诺祸。憂煩，惶恐祭芦，喪失自信，定使心靈扭曲龟劲，意氣如灰。
Whether 60 or 16, there is in every human being’s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing appetite for what’s next and the joy of the game of living. In the center of your heart and my heart, there is a wireless station; so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, courage and power from man and from the infinite, so long as you are young.
無(wú)論年屆花甲昌跌，抑或二八芳齡，心中皆有生命之歡樂(lè)蚕愤，奇跡之誘惑答恶，孩童般天真久盛不衰。人人心中皆有一臺(tái)天線萍诱，只要你從天上人間接受美好悬嗓、希望、歡樂(lè)裕坊、勇氣和力量的信號(hào)包竹，你就青春永駐，風(fēng)華常存碍庵。
When your aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you’ve grown old, even at 20; but as long as your aerials are up, to catch waves of optimism, there’s hope you may die young at 80.
一旦天線下降映企，銳氣便被冰雪覆蓋，玩世不恭静浴、自暴自棄油然而生，即使年方二十挤渐，實(shí)已垂垂老矣苹享；然則只要樹(shù)起天線，捕捉樂(lè)觀信號(hào)，你就有望在八十高齡告別塵寰時(shí)仍覺(jué)年輕得问。
年歲有加囤攀，并非垂老，理想丟棄宫纬，方墜暮年焚挠！希望你出走半生依然是那個(gè)追風(fēng)少年！
