    J:Yes,I have been working for a garment trading company as a salesman since graduation.My responsibility is to develop new customers and maintain old customers.
    K:So,in your opinion,what's the secret of establishing relationship with customers?

    J:I think the most important thing is to serve the customers well,and build strong relationships with every customer,no matter how big or small the business is.

    K:What are your greatest accomplishments in your present position?

    J:I insist on calling or visiting my customers once a week.which helps me establish a strong relationship with them.

    K:What have you learned from your previous job?
    J:I accumulated a general understanding of European cunsumers' taste and spending habits.I also learned how to deal with all kinds of problems.

    K:This position requires a great deal of communication with American and European customers.Due to the time difference,you have to work in midnight frequently.Can you accept it?

    J:I'm totally OK with that.Because I have known it very well when I chose this carrer.

    G:I've been told that I possess excellent communication skills.To put it simply,I do well in communicating with my co-workers and customers.Moreover,I work creatively and effectively.

    J:I very much enjoyed working for my previous boss.However there is no room for growth.And I'm looking forward to furthering my career.So I have to quit.
