Nobody Is Perfect
人無完人
A man and his girlfriend were getting married. It was a large celebration.
一位男士和他的女朋友結(jié)婚了。那是一場盛大的結(jié)婚典禮。
The bride was?gorgeous(美麗動(dòng)人)?in her white?wedding gown(婚紗)?and the groom(新郎) was very dashing(瀟灑) in his black suit.
新娘身穿白色婚紗,美麗動(dòng)人;新郎身穿黑色禮服您没,英俊瀟灑。
Everyone could tell that the love they had for each other was true.
在場的每個(gè)人都看得出來他們是彼此的真愛胆绊。
A few months later, the wife came to her husband with a proposal:
幾個(gè)月后氨鹏,妻子向丈夫提出一個(gè)建議。
"I read in a magazine, a while ago, about how we can strengthen our marriage," she offered.
“我剛才在一本雜志中讀到鞏固我們的婚姻的方法压状,” 她說仆抵,
"Each of us will write a list of everything we find a bit annoying about the other person. Then, we can talk about how we can change these annoying things and make our life together happier."
“我們每個(gè)人都列出對(duì)對(duì)方感到不滿的地方跟继。然后可以一起討論如何改變這些惱人的事情,從而讓我們的生活更幸福镣丑√蛱牵”
The husband agreed, so each of them went to a separate room in the house and thought of the things that annoyed them about the other.
丈夫同意了,所以他們各自待在不同的房間莺匠,思考對(duì)方讓自己不滿的地方金吗。
They thought about these things all day long and wrote down what they came up with.
他們整整一天都在思考這些事,然后把他們想到的記了下來趣竣。
The next morning, they?went over(檢查)?their lists.
第二天早上摇庙,他們再次查看了一下自己的清單。
"I'll start," offered the wife. She took out her list. It had many items on it, in fact, enough to fill 3 pages.
“我先來遥缕∥捞唬” 妻子主動(dòng)提出。她拿出了自己的清單单匣。上面列出了很多項(xiàng)夕凝,實(shí)際上,有足足三頁紙的內(nèi)容封孙。
As she started reading the list to her husband, she noticed that tears were starting to appear in her husband's eyes.
她對(duì)著丈夫讀她的清單的時(shí)候迹冤,注意到丈夫眼里蓄滿淚水讽营。
"What's wrong?" she asked.
“怎么了虎忌?” 她問。
"Nothing, keep reading your list." He replied. The wife continued reading until she had read all three pages.
“沒事橱鹏,你繼續(xù)讀吧膜蠢。” 他回答道莉兰。妻子接著讀了下去挑围,直到讀完三頁紙。
She neatly placed her list on the table and folded her hands on top of it.
她把她的清單平整地放在桌上糖荒,然后雙手交疊著放在清單上杉辙。
"Now, you read your list and then we can talk about everything on our lists." She said happily.
“現(xiàn)在,你讀讀你的清單捶朵,然后我們就可以好好討論清單上的內(nèi)容了蜘矢。” 她開心地說综看。
Quietly the husband stated: "I don't have anything on my list. I think that you are perfect the way that you are. You are lovely and wonderful and I wouldn't want to change anything about you."
丈夫平靜地陳述道:“我的清單上什么也沒寫品腹。我覺得你現(xiàn)在就很完美。你很可愛很出色红碑,我不想你做出任何改變舞吭。”
The wife, touched by his honesty, the depth of his love for her and his acceptance of her, turned her head and wept.
妻子被他的誠實(shí)、對(duì)她的深愛和接納所感動(dòng)羡鸥,扭過頭哭了蔑穴。
In life, we don't really have to look for things that are disappointing, depressing and annoying. These things will always be there.
在生活中,我們不必真的去尋找那些令人失望惧浴、沮喪和惱恨的事澎剥。總是會(huì)有那樣的事赶舆。
Nothing is perfect. However, we can find perfectness in everything by changing the way we see things.
沒有什么是完美的哑姚。但是我們可以通過改變看待事物的方式來發(fā)現(xiàn)所有事情的完美之處。
